Rewards Program Terms

These Rewards Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Rewards Program offered by Patiomall Creation Co. (“Patiomall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on the website, www.patiomall.com (“Site”). By registering for the Rewards Program and/or participating in any Rewards Program activity, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are in addition to and supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy governing your use of the Site.

Eligibility and Enrollment

The Rewards Program is exclusively for users of the Sites who have registered for the Rewards Program in accordance with the directions set on the Sites. Enrollment is free, and there is no membership fee.

Earning Rewards Dollars

Members may earn Rewards Dollars by participating in any of the following programs:

Referral Program

You may earn Rewards Dollars by referring friends and family to make purchases on the Site using your unique referral link. The amount of Rewards Dollars earned for each referral may vary and will be specified at the time of the offer.

Product Review Program

You may earn Rewards Dollars by writing a product review on the Site for products that you have purchased. The amount of Rewards Dollars earned for each review may vary and will be specified at the time of the offer.

Member Club Program

You may earn Rewards Dollars by signing up for the Patiomall Member Club Program. The amount of Rewards Dollars earned for signing up may vary and will be specified at the time of the offer.

Rewards Dollars

Rewards Dollars are earned by members and can be redeemed for future purchases on the Site. Rewards Dollars have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards Dollars will be credited to your account within 7 days of completing the qualifying activity. The redemption period for Rewards Dollars is six months from the date on which the Rewards-eligible purchase is made.

Redemption of Rewards Dollars

To redeem your Rewards Dollars, you must be logged in to your account on the Site. During checkout, you will have the option to apply your Rewards Dollars to your purchase. The minimum redemption amount may vary and will be specified at the time of the offer. Rewards Dollars may not be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.

Modification and Termination

Patiomall reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice to members. Patiomall may also modify these Terms at any time, and such modified Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued participation in the Rewards Program after any such modifications to the Terms shall constitute your consent to such modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Patiomall is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in the Rewards Program or your use of Rewards Dollars. Patiomall is not responsible for any errors, omissions or interruptions in the operation of the Rewards Program. In no event shall Patiomall’s liability exceed the value of the Rewards Dollars earned by you.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Patiomall regarding your participation in the Rewards Program.
