At Patiomall Creation Co., we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We stand behind the products we sell, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This warranty policy sets out the terms and conditions of our warranty service, including the coverage and limitations of our warranty service.
During the warranty period, if a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, Patiomall will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the affected part(s). This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or part that has a manufacturing or material defect, which is not the result of normal wear and tear, customer misuse, alternative handling, or a natural characteristic of the material used.
Patiomall® Warranty
Patiomall, including its sub-brands Serwall, Kingyes, and Jearey, warrants that all its furniture is free from defective materials and workmanship. The warranty periods for each product vary and commence from the date of delivery, as outlined in the table below.During the warranty period, if a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, Patiomall will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the affected part(s). 1. Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, you are required to fill out a warranty request form. The form should include detailed information about the product, including the order number, as well as a description of the defects observed. You are also encouraged to attach clear photos of the defects to support your claim.2. Warranty Period

3. EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are excluded from the limited warranty provided by Patiomall:- Color match problem: Variance in color or pattern between any new replacement sections or pieces and other sections or pieces, as well as minor differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and the actual furniture.
- Fading or color change: While our poly lumber (Serwall® & Kingyes®) and umbrella fabrics (Jearey®) is made with UV stabilizers to minimize fading, all colors will fade to some extent upon exposure to sunlight. To minimize possible fading, it is recommended to keep the product covered when applicable, store it when not in use, or use a UV-protectant to avoid direct sunlight.
- Rust or corrosion of stainless steel or zinc coated steel hardware: Please refer to the Care & Maintenance information for details on how to properly maintain the hardware.
- Rust or corrosion of steel frames: Any rust or corrosion that may occur on steel frames is not covered under the warranty.
- Assembly or handling of products after they leave our factory: Any lack of performance or improper performance of assembly or handling by the dealer or assembler is not covered under the warranty. It is important to follow the proper assembly instructions provided.
- Abnormal use of products: Any damage resulting from abnormal use or misuse of the product is not covered under the warranty.
- Application of unauthorized paint, varnish, coating, or chemicals: Any damage resulting from the application of paint, varnish, coating, or chemicals not approved by Patiomall, or the application of heat or radiation from external sources such as a barbecue grill, another appliance, fire, or reflection from windows or doors is not covered under the warranty.
- Lack of compatibility with other products: Any damage or failure of our products caused by the use of other products not manufactured by Patiomall is not covered under the warranty.
- Post-delivery labor, transportation, or assembly costs: Any costs incurred for labor, transportation, or assembly after the product has been delivered are not covered under the warranty.
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories, intentional acts, physical abuse, vandalism, riots, insurrection, accidents, corrosive atmospheres, acts of God, environmental conditions, staining from foreign substances, or normal weathering: Any damage resulting from these factors, including but not limited to use of incompatible accessories, intentional acts, physical abuse, permanent deformation or destruction by human or animal, vandalism, riot, insurrection or civil disorder, accidents, corrosive atmospheres (such as those contaminated by acid rain, harmful chemicals or vapors), acts of God (such as fire, flooding, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, lightning, ice, etc.), environmental conditions (such as air pollution, mold, mildew, etc.), staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.), or normal weathering (defined as exposure to sunlight, weather, and atmosphere which may cause any colored surface to fade, darken, chalk gradually, or accumulate dirt or stains) is not covered under the warranty.
4. Limitations
- AUTHORIZED RETAILER: This warranty applies only when you purchase Serwall®, Kingyes®, or Jeary® products from an Authorized Patiomall Retailer.
- HOUSEHOLD USE: This warranty is valid only for products purchased for regular household use or as a gift for household purposes, and not for resale or commercial use, including rental, business, institutional, or other non-residential use.
- ORIGINAL PURCHASER: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners or users of the product. It will be immediately voided if the product is resold, transferred, leased, or rented to any third party or person other than the original owner.
- PRODUCT MODIFICATION: Any modification of the product by any party not authorized by Patiomall and its sub-brands will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “AS IS” at the time of purchase.
- USER WEIGHT: This warranty does not apply to seating products used by individuals weighing over 250 lbs.
- REGION: This warranty is applicable and enforceable only in the United States of America.
- OTHER: Patiomall reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the purchaser. If the original product is unavailable, we retain the right to provide replacement material of equal value or quality.
