Shipping Policy

At Patiomall, we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products.

Standard Shipping

  • Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS or by other common domestic carrier.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; we require a street address.
  • Unless otherwise specified with “White Glove Service” on the product page, Patiomall does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses.
  • If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped or processed, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges even if Patiomall paid for the original shipment (i.e. Free Shipping). Consult Return Policy for more information about returns.

Expected Delivery Dates

Most of our products are in stock and ready to rock (or ship). Once dispatched, we will do our best to have your goods delivered in 5 business days, however, we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery and cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service. Typically, items with Standard Shipping will arrive in 7-10 business days, but occasionally can take up to 14 working days. Please only contact us if you have not received your goods after this time.

Specific Delivery Date Requests

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please Contact Us before placing your order.

Shipment Notifications

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link for your consignment. If the tracking link is missing in the email, your order is being dispatched with a specialist courier who will be in touch in regards to the delivery date as well as booking a time slot. Please make sure you leave your contact number when placing your order so that the courier can be in touch in regards to your delivery.

Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.

Freight Shipment & Delivery

If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for tracking to update on the carrier’s site.
  • All freight orders are delivered curbside.
  • Carriers will typically contact you beforehand to coordinate a delivery date and time that best meets your needs. You may be responsible for holding fees by the carrier if delivery is not arranged within a reasonable time (per carrier’s discretion).
  • You can request specific drop-off locations such as your backyard, please know that you will be responsible for any fees issued by the carrier for this extra service.
  • You will need to be present when your order is delivered by the carrier to sign the Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Before signing the POD, check your order to make sure you received the correct items and that nothing is damaged.

Nonstandard Shipments

For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please Contact Us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Cost

At Patiomall, we are pleased to offer free shipping for most furniture orders. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Free shipping. No shipping fees on all orders.
  • You shall contact us for accurate shipping fees if the item weighs more than 148lbs.
In addition to the item price, we also clearly indicate “FREE Shipping” wherever it applies. Keep an eye out for this message underneath the price of the product while browsing and next to the image(s) on the product page. If your order does not meet the requirements for free shipping, any associated shipping costs will be listed in the Cart, alongside the pricing details, and during checkout.

Exceptions

Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Due to shipping constraints, certain non-standard items such as Artificial Turf or large furniture sets may not be eligible for free shipping.

Sales Tax

In addition to any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. These taxes are charged based on specific state and local tax rates and are applied at checkout.
